Fortunately, the company really is a compassionate, compelling gem that treats vets like individuals in a sea of corporate-bland behemoths who churn through them like butter. All they needed was to own their uniqueness.

We helped them discover it, and then strategically and consistently broadcast the message to the world.
Our brand narrative is now shared consistently by AVG’s recruitment and sales teams, allowing a clear value proposition to be communicated throughout the organization from top to bottom. It’s evident everywhere, especially in visible visual elements the company now takes to trade shows, like pull up banners, table skirts and printed collateral.
Above & Beyond Results
All together, the work creates a great externalization of AVG’s internal values. And, it’s been wildly successful for the group. Market visibility has increased, boosting practice acquisition, and the company’s pipeline is bursting with new doctor and clinic staff candidates, foretelling a bright future for AVG, but also the veterinary industry as happy doctors pass the benefits on to pets and their human caretakers.
