Our Strategy: A Gamification Solution
Truelio concepted a unique gamification strategy for a quarterly initiative to better engage the Call Center employees. The solution provides incentive game tokens based on participation throughout each quarter. It also includes an animated and interactive online platform for Call Center employees to redeem their game tokens at the end of the quarter for a variety of prizes. Each quarterly game has been designed with a unique theme and game token redemption process. The game has evolved over the past four years and grown to be an important component for driving engagement and participation of Call Center employees.
