Making the leap from a small company to a premier industry leader is a significant challenge for any brand. In the crowded customer experience and business solutions consulting space, PPT Solutions was on the cusp of taking the next big step in their corporate growth but was in need of a unique and differentiating brand identity that precisely reflected their client-centric culture, enabling them to compete amongst the larger players in CX and business solutions landscape. In addition to building a dynamic industry-leading brand, Truelio was also tasked with transforming the company’s digital and print communications, content marketing, public relations and business development efforts as well as provide ongoing marketing support.
Truelio worked closely with PPT Solutions’ leadership to explore the foundation of their brand. The process commenced with an archetypal assessment which created a foundation for a fully integrated rebranding initiative. Empowered with the company’s brand archetypes, Truelio developed an enhanced brand identity that externalizes PPT Solutions’ values and unique client care philosophy. We also developed and executed a complex multi-channel content marketing strategy that bolstered the organization’s brand awareness. In addition to providing day-to-day marketing support, Truelio developed an aggressive and successful business development strategy that further enhanced PPT Solutions’ brand equity.
